Circular & Co

For a live project, I had the opportunity to work with one of the top eco friendly brands today. Circular & Co are a sustainable company that create everyday products such as:

-Plant pots

-Tidal clocks

-Coffee cups (The R Cup)

but are manufactured from recycled materials. This year I have be fortunate enough to be able to work closely with their company to design a new material/range of products from a high volume waste material.

Myself and Dan (CEO of Circular & Co) have had various meetings to discuss the work I have been producing and the direction of my project to ensure I am on track. These meetings have been very useful and have shown me what the process will be like within the wider world.

To start of with I sent over my proposal postcard which had all my contact details on and some details about my project and where I see it leading. Dan gave me feedback on this proposal via a teams call and relayed some advice about how I could go about creating the products and what methods I could consider whilst doing so. Upon sending my up to date project, I have received great feedback and it was nice to find out that my hard work and research has led me to creating a project that resonates through their company. Overall my experiences with Circular & Co have been very useful and I am excited to move on to the wider world with the experience I have gained.

The most inspiring attribute behind Circular & Co is their drive and determination to turn our environment around and help out the earth in a positive and healthy way. Through meetings with Dan it is clear to me that he is very passionate about the work his company are doing and he strive to ensure that his products are helping not adding to the chaos.
